Data Warehouse Intern - IT Services

P&C IT Services provides professional services to help our business units and corporate functions use technology to create, manage, and optimize information and business processes.  IT Services can include a wide range of activities such as: software development, data management, Cloud services, IT security, network security, technical support, establishing and overseeing access rights, procuring and maintaining equipment or software, managing the infrastructure, and defining security procedures,  The overall goal of IT Services is to provide technology solutions that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and give our company a competitive advantage over our competitors.

The Data team within P&C IT Services is seeking a motivated intern for the summer 2025 to assist in the development of operational dashboards using Snowflake Data and Tableau. This role will involve, but not limited to:


• Building Operational Dashboards: Create dashboards that include key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Open/Closed Tickets, FireFighter metrics, and actionable runtime efficiencies (e.g., Abends, long-running processes).
• User Guide Development: Develop a comprehensive user guide for newly ingested Snowflake data, including data from UC4, ServiceNow, and Rally.
• Technical Analyst SharePoint Site Review: Provide a fresh perspective on our Technical Analyst SharePoint site, helping us fine-tune the site and its documentation.

Requirements:

Problem solving, critical thinking, coding mindsetInformation Systems or Computer Science majors preferred.Junior status in school - graduating in 2026.
