Work with a world class team to provide enterprise-wide, Oracle Database Administration support for production systems and provide DBA services to application development teams, including database generation, coding, and database production support. Provide DBA support with a high degree of customer service, technical expertise, and timeliness. Provide accurate and creative solutions to user problems of moderate nature to ensure user productivity.

Our main task is to keep operating efficiently in all the environments that are under our shelter.
The team works globally 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In Mexico, shifts of 8 hours a day from Monday to Sunday are covered.

Given the nature of the work, the engineer must have experience in the support area and have the following skills:
Oracle database administration.
Administration of application servers such as Weblogic, Apache, etc.
Knowledge in operating systems such as Unix, Linux, Windows, etc.
Knowledge of programming languages. C ++, Java, shell scripting, python, etc.
Ability to reverse engineer.
Problem resolution.
Work under pressure.
Great communication.
