Responsibilities:

Manage SQL Server databases Proven experience as an SQL Developer or Database Developer, working with complex databases.Configure and maintain database servers and processesMonitor system's health and performanceEnsure high levels of performance, availability, sustainability, and securityAnalyze, solve, and correct issues in real timeProvide suggestions for solutionsRefine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changesAssist developers with query tuning and schema refinementProvide 24x7 support for critical production systemsPerform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hoursParticipate within and enrich the team and company culture

Desired Skills:

Experience with AWS or other cloud computing providersProven experience as an SQL Developer or Database Developer, working with complex databases.MongoDB administrationPostgres DB; mysql administrationExperience with continuous deployment in a high availability environmentWindows and MSSQL system administrationUnderstanding of networking conceptsBachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, computer science or related field is preferred (work experience may be used in place of a degree)An ongoing thirst for new knowledge, ideas, and a passion for successExperience working with distributed teamsCreative problem-solving, proficient debugging and profilingExcellent written and verbal communication skills
