Kforce is looking for a Database Administrator IV for one of their Healthcare clients in Bakersfield, CA. Summary: The Database Administrator IV will be responsible for overseeing the management and integrity of the organization's database systems. This includes designing and maintaining databases, ensuring data quality and availability, and leading efforts to optimize database performance and scalability. The role will require a deep understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and database security, as well as experience mentoring team members and providing leadership in both technical and project management aspects.
