Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Database Analyst in the Construction/Contractor industry. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing and analyzing vast amounts of data, creating interactive dashboards, and working collaboratively with business teams to understand their data needs and requirements. Responsibilities: • Analyze a variety of data, maintaining the utmost attention to accuracy and consistency. • Develop and manage data models to assist in analysis and reporting. • Utilize tools such as Tableau to develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations, presenting complex data in an understandable manner to stakeholders. • Work closely with business teams to comprehend their data needs and requirements, tailoring your approach to meet these needs. • Regularly perform audits and data gap analysis across various IT systems. • Maintain both structured and unstructured data sources, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate. • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within data sets, using this information to uncover valuable insights that can drive business decisions. • Collaborate with colleagues and work cooperatively as part of a team. • Comply with all company policies and procedures, maintaining a detail-oriented and respectful work environment. • Manage data sources replicated from various environments, with a primary focus on SAP S4 HANA. Requirements • Proficiency in CRM systems, with a focus on database integration and management. • Strong understanding and experience with Database Objects and Database Systems. • Expertise in DB2 Database and its various operations. • Proficiency in Microsoft suite, particularly in Excel and Access for data manipulation and analysis. • Experience in AB Testing to help optimize database performance and user experience. • Familiarity with various Backup Technologies to ensure data safety and integrity. • Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools for effective data interpretation. • Ability to create Dashboards for data visualization and reporting. • Proven experience in Data Analysis, with the ability to draw insights from complex data sets.
