If you have a passion for database management and a solid foundation in RDS, SQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra, we want to hear from you!  What you will do:  Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of database solutions using MySQL, and MongoDB. Monitor database performance and assist in implementing changes and applying new patches and versions. Collaborate with development teams to design and optimize database queries and structures. Perform basic database tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization. Assist in implementing and managing backup and recovery strategies. Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed. Stay updated with the latest database technologies and best practices. Who you are and what you bring:  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in database administration. At least 2 years of hands-on experience with MongoDB. Familiarity with Amazon RDS and SQL databases. Basic knowledge of database design, performance tuning, and optimization. Experience with database backup and recovery, security, and high availability. Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Certification in database management (e.g., AWS Certified, MongoDB Certified DBA). Experience with cloud-based database solutions and services. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. Competitive salary and benefits package. Opportunities for professional growth and development. A collaborative and innovative work environment. Flexible work arrangements.
