We are seeking a Database Engineer III with the skills outline below:\n\nDirect the development of complex systems using queries, tables, and database storage and retrieval using Cloud methodologies for the design, development, implementation, information storage and retrieval, data flow and analysis.\nDirect the overall database structure to fit into the overall architecture of the system.\nCreate new workflows to take over existing processes as needed as well as provide break\/fix requests or updates.\nLead development of database structures, database parser software, and database loading software.\nDirect fulfillment of requirements from a project inception to conclusion.\n\n

Required Skills:\n\nPython\nExperience using MongoDB or MariaDB\nExperience using Django or Flask\nReST endpoint\nMicro services\n\n

Preferred Skills:\n\nSwagger\nAWS, C2S or other cloud experience\nDocker\nVisual Studio Code or similar IDEs\nJSON and\/or XML serialization\nJira\nConfluence\nGit version control\nAgile\n\n

Position requires an active TS\/SCI with Polygraph level clearance. US citizenship is required.\n

Qualifications:\n\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university\n5 years of additional DBE experience on projects with similar software processes made be substituted for a bachelor's degree\n10 years' experience as a DBE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.\n\n

The salary range for this position is based on contracted rates. The position is eligible to participate in our discretionary bonus program.
