Key Responsibilities:

Major Activities

Manage effectively the Customer Relationship Management tool to support RD business processes and possible integration with digital marketing platforms, including bulk approval of digital assets on Rich Media Transfer (Child Update Photo, Digital correspondences, others)Manage database by updating, segmenting, and clustering for effective implementation and related post-analysis of Sponsorship and PNS Campaigns, including child media management on CRM and monitoring of cancellations and attrition rates in Sponsorship and PNS campaignsRespond to queries, inquiries, and verifications in a timely mannerCreate, design, or modify SIMMA reports for specific use of Donor Care (10%), Acquisition (10%), Finance (10%), Business Development (8%), and RD Director’s Office (8%) to be used in reports for the regionProvide periodic data/information about pledges, sponsors, donors, and campaignsConduct data mining and analysis to effectively retrieve data and identify data errors/gaps in the data sourcesProvide technical support in synchronization and data reconciliation of Horizon (AP) database and CRM (SIMMA) databaseManage Motivation Code records which includes MC data input into SIMMA, development/updating of MC form for data capture and integration into the SIMMA database, updating/revision of MC records, archiving of MC files, responding to queries/inquiries/verifications as regards MC recordsProvide technical support in the conduct of periodic survey of sponsors and donors to determine behaviors and motivation for giving or cancellations

Organizational Contribution:
 Regularly attend Corporate and Team devotion and prayer as part of staff spiritual nurturing
 Participate in meetings and events such as team and organizational, as necessary
 Timely submit Performance Agreements that includes Individual Learning and Development Plan and staff spiritual nurture plan, and Annual Performance Reviews
 Support emergency response, as necessary.

Minimum Education, Training and Experience Requirements to Qualify for the Position:
 Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, preferably with specialization in database design, computer programming, SQL, and similar platforms

 At least 2 years of broad and substantial experience in database management, systems analysis and design, systems development, managing and querying SQL database, and data analytics
 Has background in customer servicing and market segmentation
 Has experience in monitoring, evaluation, and research, and in information management
