Datacenter Operations Technician
Job Description Install and deploy and configure hardware and software Break/fix coordination and scheduling Perform routine maintenance on data center equipment Monitor data center systems and report any anomalies Respond to incidents and outages Provide support to users and other technical teams Document work procedures and findings Follow operational procedures (e.g., Change control, ITSM). Skills and Requirements ***OVERNIGHT shift = 5 days / 8 hours shifts = shared with other members on the team (shared timeframe of 6pm-6am / Tuesday - Saturday night) 36 hours per week Either 5 day / 8 hours each = better coverage and better flex 6am  5-10 years relevant client experience in similar technology (does not include training period) with at least 2 years on-site in similar technology and domain  Installation, deployment, configuration, and maintain hardware and software; perform routine maintenance  Hardware Management: Component replacement, connectivity troubleshooting (Cat6, fiber cabling), and hardware logs for ticket creation with Dell support.  Incident and Asset Management: Incident management, racking and stacking, installations, cabling, documentation, and lifecycle management using DSIM.  Data Center Overview: 60,000 square feet, 9,000 devices, average of 1 to 12 tickets per shift Associates degree preferred null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
