At Teleperformance, the sky is the limit! **Purpose** The Datacenter Remote Hands is responsible for all aspects of Datacenter monitoring and equipment installation. Including monitoring of environmental software. This includes implementation, configuration, coordination, control, maintenance, troubleshooting, security, and the development of specialized procedures. The Datacenter Remote Hands is required to work with other internal and external groups to deploy equipment. Will document all equipment location and assets. The Datacenter Remote Hands will work with other IT infrastructure teams to implement new equipment in the Datacenter to ensure that all TP standards are met. _Schedule: Saturday – Sunday 6AM – 6PM, Monday 6PM – 6AM with opportunity for weekday OT up to 51 hrs/wk_ **This position is 100% onsite in Salt Lake City, UT. Work at home is not available for this position.** **Responsibilities** **Your Responsibilities** _Monitoring_ : + Monitoring physical building and server rooms. + Monitoring BAS systems for all Datacenters + Monitor and evaluate data center environmental _Datacenter:_ + Reporting indicators on the system + Moving or securing network cables + Installing Cables + Power cycling + Inventory management and labeling + Reporting on equipment issues + Completing assigned service desk tickets **Qualifications** **Qualifications** + Minimum 1 years of IT experience. + Hands-on experience with Microsoft Server OS + General knowledge of TCP/IP networking + Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Willing and able to work with a high level of urgency and professionalism. + Ability to effectively deliver multiple concurrent projects, meeting tight customer driven deadlines. **Be Part of Our TP Family** It is our mission to always provide an environment where our employees feel valued, inspired, and supported, so that they can bring their best selves to work every day.
