The Day Center Supervisor provides an excellent experience for our participants while they are under our care for the day, as well as leadership to our day center team.

Essential Job Duties:

\n\nGuide personal care and front desk teams, and direct day-to-day operations of our day center floor\nOversee scheduling efforts for day center including staff schedules, day center attendance, and external appointments\nServe as an important member and facilitator of interdisciplinary care planning meetings for our participants\nOversee development and performance of personal care team by helping team members to reach their full potential\nPartner with teams such as Transportation & Engagement to coordinate services for our participants\n\n

Job Requirements:

\n\nMinimum of two to three (2-3) years of supervisory experience leading a group of patient-facing team members\nIn-depth experience working with seniors in a relatable environment\nBachelor’s degree preferred\n\n

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $67,829 - $81,395 / year + Bonus + Equity. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
