As Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) , your role is to provide support to individuals with intellectual and\/or developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing hands-on assistance, instruction and guidance, while supporting people as they work to reach their goals and fullest potential. \n

Ideal Candidate(s):\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nValid NYS driver's license (Required).\nHas a passion for working with and creating positive, impactful relationships in the lives of the people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.\nExhibits positive approaches that provide encouragement, mentoring and instruction resulting in effectively achieving and maintaining independence and integration within the community.\n\nRequirements:\n\nHigh School diploma or equivalent \nBe at least 18 years of age or older\nA valid NYS driver's license is required\n\n

Full Time DSPs: $15.80 - $16.05\/hour \n

Work Locations: Syracuse, East Syracuse, Liverpool \n

Shifts: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 3:30 pm\n
