In return, we'll help you build a career that you can feel passionate about. **Job Summary** The Day Porter is responsible for providing custodial services in designated areas of the facility. **Key Responsibilities and Duties:** * Restrooms (general wipe down, consumables stocking) * Conference/resources spaces (general wipe down, room preparation, consumables stocking) * Corridor, entrance, and lobby care (general wipe down, floor mat care, mopping) * Facility repair and painting * Supplies ordering through corporate provided system and inventorying of supplies * Support GMP cleaning staff by preparing solutions as defined by SOP * Stocking of cleanroom gowning as required * Coordinate with landlord to ensure exterior spaces present well * Vendor escorting * Other duties as assigned **Job Qualifications** * HS/GED with 2 years of relevant experience. * An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above. * Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing at all levels inside and outside the organization. * Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. * Computer skills, commensurate with Essential Functions, including the ability to learn a validated system. * Ability to work extended hours beyond normal work schedule to include, but not limited to evenings, weekends, extended shifts, and/or extra shifts, sometimes on short notice. * Ability to work under specific time constraints Compensation Data The pay range for this position is $17.74 - $20.34 per hour.
