**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Operate haul trucks to transport raw materials and finished products.
+ Perform routine maintenance checks and report any issues.
+ Ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment.
+ Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
+ Assist with other tasks as needed to support plant operations.
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Proven ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Good communication skills.
+ Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.
**Physical Demands**
+ Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
+ Frequent standing, walking, and climbing in and out of equipment.
+ Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and inclement weather.
+ Manual dexterity and coordination to operate equipment controls.
**Conditions of Employment**
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
**Work Environment**
+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
