**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Operate haul units to transport raw materials and finished products.
+ Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
+ Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
+ Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
+ Assist with other tasks as needed to support production operations.

+ Competency in operating heavy machinery and equipment.
+ Strong attention to detail and safety-oriented mindset.
+ Effective communication and teamwork skills.
+ Ability to adapt to changing work conditions and demands.
+ Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
**Conditions of Employment**
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
**Work Environment**
+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
**Physical Demands**
+ Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
+ Frequent standing, walking, and climbing in and out of equipment.
+ Ability to work in various environmental conditions for extended periods.
