Job Skills / Requirements Seeking a professional with at least 2 years of security supervisor experience in a high-rise setting. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 6AM to 2PM, and the pay is $24 an hour. As the property's security supervisor, you will work closely with the property managers and security director to facilitate day-to-day building operations and ensure the safety and security of the personnel on site. In this role you will: + Lead, train, and supervise a team of security personnel, including security officers and guards. + Monitor CCTV cameras, alarms, and other security systems to detect and respond to any suspicious activities or incidents. + Conduct regular patrols of the premises. + Respond promptly to emergencies, disturbances, and incidents, taking appropriate actions to maintain order and safety. + Provide a visible presence to deter potential security threats and ensure the safety of tenants and building personnel. + Investigate and document security-related incidents, accidents, and guest complaints. + Foster a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and exceptional guest service within the security team. + Work with law enforcement and emergency services when required, sharing information and facilitating their actions. + Implement preventive measures to minimize security incidents, theft, and property damage.
