What You'll Be Doing

Oversee daily scale operations to ensure accurate and efficient weighing of materials.

Maintain and troubleshoot scale equipment to minimize downtime.

Coordinate with drivers and plant personnel to ensure smooth workflow.

Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Generate and manage reports related to scale operations.

What Are We Looking For

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling scale operations.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on equipment.

Competency in using computer systems and software for reporting.

Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

Physical Demands

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Frequent standing, walking, and sitting.

Occasional bending, kneeling, and reaching.

Ability to work in various environmental conditions.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
