What You'll Be Doing
Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient production of sand and gravel materials
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machinery and equipment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the plant site
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate operations
Follow all safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents promptly

Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
Physical Demands
Regularly required to stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift materials up to 50 pounds
Must be able to work in physically demanding conditions for extended periods, including exposure to dust and uneven terrain
Ability to operate hand and power tools, and safely enter confined spaces or elevated areas as needed
