Day Shift Rail Loadout Operator

**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Operate rail loadout systems to safely and efficiently load aggregate materials.
+ Monitor and adjust equipment to ensure proper material flow and quality.
+ Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on loadout equipment.
+ Communicate with team members and rail personnel to coordinate loading schedules.
+ Maintain accurate records of materials loaded and operational activities.

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate heavy equipment.
+ Attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment monitoring.
+ Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced industrial environment.
**Conditions of Employment**
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
**Work Environment**
+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
**Physical Demands of the Job**
+ Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
+ Must be able to work at heights and in confined spaces as needed.
+ Manual dexterity and visual acuity required to operate equipment and perform inspections.
+ Frequent exposure to dust, vibration, and uneven terrain.
+ Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required at all times.
