**_What you will do:_**
The Clinical Supervisor of Day Services at Elk River is responsible for managing the day to day clinical practice of all Day Programs. The Clinical Supervisor in cooperation with the Director of Behavioral Health Services, directs the treatment programs of all Day Services. The Clinical Supervisor is also responsible for personnel functions including orientation, training and scheduling of direct supervision of all staff on site as well as all graduate interns. The Clinical Supervisor is also responsible for direct management during critical situations as well as facilitates critical planning and decision making with the clinical team as well as stakeholders. Responsible for operating and strategic programmatic planning to assure operation within budget parameters. The Clinical Supervisor coordinates with internal and external resources, in providing quality services and maintaining good public relations. Works in collaboration with clinical staff on admission and discharge of clients. The Clinical Supervisor maintains all responsibilities related to new hires, including communicating with Human Resources on staff changes and vacancies, completing necessary documentation related to staff changes, reviewing applications, conducting interviews and hiring of all clinical staff, administrative staff and graduate-level interns.
**_Responsibilities Include:_**
+ Supervision of the clinical/therapeutic standards for individual, group and family treatment services.
+ Writes, reviews, edits and monitors documentation for insurance, medical assistance and other reimbursement for services rendered.
+ Supervises delivery of case management duties such as all written documentation including Diagnostic Assessments, Daily Notes, DAP Notes, Family Service Plans, Individual Treatment Plans, Quarterly Reviews, Progress Reports and Discharge Summaries.
+ Assumes responsibility for continued professional growth development by attending internal and external training and educational opportunities.
+ Liaison with school district staff and administration, County, and Catholic Charities to coordinate all communication on behalf of the student.
**Job Requirements:**
**Education:** M.A. Licensed Mental Health Professional including LP, LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, CNS-MH, Psychiatric NP, Psychiatrist. State Licensing Board-Approved status as a Clinical Supervisor.
**Job Related Experience:** Four (4) years - Human service experience. This must include case supervision involving experience in assessment, diagnosis and monitoring clinical plans.
