Day Treatment Clinician: $2000 Sign on Bonus Bronx, NY (http://maps.google.com/maps?q=516+East+Tremont+Avenue+Bronx+NY+USA+10464) Job Type Full-time Description This program offers therapeutic, behavioral, and educational support to elementary and middle school students who have been unsuccessful in their previous school placements and need more support from a therapeutic program. Daily activities include individual, group, and family therapy, keeping detailed documentation, and communicating with all necessary agencies. Experience with mental health is required. This position closely follows a Department of Education school schedule. Responsibilities: · Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and families to determine treatment needs · Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, caregivers, and other service providers · Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based practices · Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, case managers, and educators, to ensure coordinated care · Monitor and evaluate clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed · Provide crisis intervention and support to clients and families as necessary · Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventions · Participate in supervision, training, and professional development activities Job Benefits: Benefits for Full Time employees: · 4 weeks paid vacation annually; · 13 paid holidays, 4 personal days; · 1 sick day per month, accruable to 150 days; · Fully paid individual LTD and life insurance; · Eligible for participation in agency medical and dental plan both individual and family, with small employee contribution.
