Day Treatment Program Support

We serve and enhance human dignity for people of all faiths and beliefs. **Job Summary:** The Day Treatment Administrative Program Leader is responsible for working as a team member and maintaining a close working relationship with the Day Treatment Program Supervisor to complete the following duties: secretarial and support functions, as specifically assigned by the Director, Program Supervisors and other Program Staff: HR/Personnel coordination for new hires and terminations; client case content review and Revenue Manager functions; receptionist support, public relations; budget review and preparation, program purchasing, invoice coding, and inventory update; mental health billing processing, mail processing and other secretarial duties as assigned. The Day Treatment Administrative Program Support Leader acts as an organizer and liaison with other Day Program Administrative support personnel in providing programmatic administrative support. **Major Job Responsibilities:** + Provide administrative support to personnel of Catholic Charities Day Treatment Programs: Answering main phone line, complete meeting agendas and materials, maintain program policies and procedures, reviews all billing and reports daily student attendance. + Provides secretarial support including data entry, making copies, and word processing documents and materials for program operations. + Serves as a liaison to other Catholic Charities Day Programs managing collaborative quarterly Day Programs Meetings, coordinating Day Programs training, and coordination of program volunteers. + Provides support to managers and supervisors on employment processes and maintenance of employment records. + Answers all incoming calls for the St. Cloud Day Treatment main telephone line by providing general information to inquiries and/or directing calls to the appropriate staff person and greets all visitors to the St. Cloud Day Treatment. + Supports the Fiscal Management of the program by preparing budgeting information, processing payments received, submitting expense reports and making recommendations on program purchasing. + Maintains appropriate Inventories, Supplies, and Forms on hand within the program. **Job Requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Two (2) years post-high school minimum. **Job Related Experience:** Four (4) years in a related position including computer experience. **_What you earn and benefits:_** + PTO (17 days your first year) + 8 paid holidays (7 full days, 2 half days) + Extended paid leave (5 days) + Health insurance + Waive-off credit for those who have other group health insurance + Basic Life Insurance, Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance (AD&D) + Optional life insurance coverage for yourself, spouse and/or dependents + Optional Short and Long-term disability insurance + Pre-tax (Flexible Spending) Accounts for medical, dependent care and adoption expenses + 401(k) plan with agency match + Employee Assistance Program + Employee Discount Program + Wellness Program + the **Federal Public Service Student Loan Forgiveness Program** To apply for this position, please send your resume to hr@ccstcloud.org (Jennifer.Josephs@ccstcloud.org) or apply online at www.ccstcloud.org .
