Responsibilities: + Oversee the daily operations of the daycare, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. + Develop and implement age-appropriate educational and recreational programs. + Lead and manage a team of caregivers, including scheduling, training, and mentoring. + Communicate effectively with parents and address any concerns or needs. + Ensure compliance with safety standards. + Manage daycare budgets, supplies, and administrative tasks. Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred). + Experience as a daycare director, manager, or similar leadership role in childcare. + Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. + CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
