Position Details: + Full-time:40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, following our daycare calendar. + Competitive rate of pay:$17.50 per hour. + Full benefits package included. Responsibilities + Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. + Classroom follows a co-teaching model. + Actively participate in team meetings, sharing educational insights and problem-solving collaboratively. + Maintain open communication with families, keeping them informed and supported. + Collaborate with the team to utilize diverse techniques and perspectives in program design. + Keep accurate records of children’s progress and attendance, and prepare reports for parent conferences. + Attend required training sessions, ensuring compliance with OCFS regulations and program requirements. Qualifications Education (one of the following): + Associate degree in Early Childhood Education, Childhood Development, or related field OR + Infant/Toddler Child Development Associate Credential (ICDA) and 1 year related experience,OR + 9 College credits in Early Childhood, Child Development or related field with a plan of study to get to Infant/Toddler CDA or Associate Degree and 2 years of experience related to caring for children.
