The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking Childcare & Preschool Teachers for our top-rated schools in Charleston and North Charleston. No nights or weekends!

Pay rate of $16.25-$20.00 per hour

Pay rate is determined by relevant education and experience. Candidates with a high school diploma and limited experience will be paid at the lower end of the range. Candidates with ECD 101 to an associate’s degree in early childhood education or a related field may be paid mid-range. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree or higher in early childhood education or a related field and applicable experience may be paid at the higher end of the range.

Child Care Teacher Responsibilities:

Implement our award-winning curriculum in a way that meets each child's unique learning style. Foster relationships with children and provide a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment. Document and share with families the important milestones in a child’s day using our app. Welcome families and engage them in conversation about their child's education and development. Encourage and model social behavior and expectations which are developmentally appropriate.
