The Meadows of Wadena is seeking applicants for Dietary Aide.  The position is 7a–3p, 28-35 hours bi-weekly, and includes every third weekend.  We have one permanent position and one temporary position available.  When the time comes, the temporary position will become casual. As a Dietary Aide you will enjoy a meaningful and rewarding position while playing a critical role in the lives of our seniors.  You will be a part of a team that is enriching the lives of seniors and helping to make their day brighter. Dietary Aides assist with dining room set-up and clean-up and assist with meal preparation and distribution.  You will also help to maintain the kitchen and the dining areas are clean and organized.  In all tasks you will adhere to appropriate safety, food safety, and sanitation techniques and requirements. Pay Rate: $14.20 All employees earn paid time off and are eligible for a 403b retirement plan which allows you to begin your contributions immediately upon hire. While previous experience is welcome, it isn't required as we provide all of the training you will need to be successful in this position! In order to be able to clearly communicate with and provide appropriate care to our residents, as well as to complete all job tasks safely and as required, you must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
