Job Description:

Looking for experienced Mainframe Database Administrator to assist with backfilling current staff in ongoing non-prod production support activities.

Tasks to Client initially:

• OM/non-OM DB alterations in non-Prod

• Non-Prod and Prod REORGs

• SQL reviews

• PERF environment LogMaster backouts

• Non-Prod database rebuilds

Required Skills:

DB2v8 experience (or v9, v10), including extensive experience in online utility usage (REORG, REBUILD, RUNSTATS, etc.) - 4 to 6 years of experience

BMC utility tool suite (Change Manager, LogMaster, Copy Plus, Recovery Manager, DASD Manager, Apptune and SQL Explorer) - 4 to 6 years of experience
