Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance and salary range at the time of the offer._ **Responsibilities** We are looking for an experienced **DBA Manager** with strong database architecture expertise to lead and own the Database Administration (DBA) team within our **DataOps organization** . This team is responsible for managing a complex landscape of **on-premises and cloud databases** across critical **healthcare systems** and operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in **cloud database architecture** (specifically **Azure** ) and familiarity with **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)** . You will oversee the work of **Managed Service Providers (MSPs)/vendor partners** to ensure seamless database operations while driving performance, scalability, and modernization.
