Job description
Define and implement the project governance model and associated roles and responsibilities across all OpCos and Global Functions and Central Project Management Office in the assigned region. This in a complex environment with large group of Central, Regional and OpCo stakeholders.
Role & Responsabilities
§Develop and maintain a project / program plan, highlighting upcoming landmark date.
§Support the regional program manager.
§Liaise with the regional transition teams, Global Functions and Regions to establish priorities and agree solutions.
§Monitor, track and report project progress to the business partners against planned tollgate deliverables.
§Ensure actions, issues, and risks are identified and effectively handled.
§Deliver workstream objectives to support the realization of programme targets.
Key experience and behaviours
§Fluent English is a must.
§10+ years of experience in field of expertise: program/project management complex environments, PMO experience.
§In depth knowledge of project management methodology & Agile way of working.
