We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Digital Business Services Technology Control Testing Senior Manager

Principal responsibilities

Leading a team of technology control testing professionals, overseeing and driving completion of control testing assignments to support operational, conduct and regulatory risk and control managementEffectively delegating work across the team to ensure the work is completed in a timely manner and to the required technical standard. Ensuring quality is embedded into the control testing deliverables through effective oversight of the control testing team whilst ensuring compliance with the Control Testing Methodology Participation in the professional development of the testing team through effective coaching and knowledge sharing. Applying judgment in relation to the identification and publication of control testing findings including key risks and issuesPartnering with IT management to discuss, agree and assess control issues identified through testing activities. Supporting the preparation of testing reports to inform key stakeholders of the outcome of testingProviding expertise and guidance on control testing across to build repore across the business. Establishing effective working relationship with the Leadership team and Technology teamsBuilding ‘trusted advisor’ relationships with internal stakeholders through maintaining a network of Control Owners and Control Operators for the key Technology controls and partnering with 2nd and 3rd Lines of Defence (LOD) including Operational Risk, ISR, Internal Audit etc. on coverage of Technology control testing Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply, specifically Internal Controls and any supporting policies and procedures
