**Key Responsibilities**
As a DC Administrative Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our distribution center. Your responsibilities will include:
+ Providing outstanding administrative support to the distribution center team.
+ Coordinating and managing documentation, records, and files with strict attention to detail.
+ Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
+ Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and communications.
+ Maintaining inventory of office supplies and placing orders as needed.
+ Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and phone calls.
+ Supporting the implementation of company policies and procedures.
+ Collaborating with team members to determine and successfully implement process improvements.
+ Ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
**Requirements**
To excel in this role, you should have:
+ Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a distribution center or similar environment.
+ Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
+ Strong attention to detail and a dedication to maintaining accuracy in all tasks.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
+ Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

+ Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to balance multiple priorities simultaneously.
