ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a DC E-commerce Returns Team Leader to manage and lead a high-performing team in our fast-paced Cotton On UK Distribution Centre. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient returns processing, world-class customer service, and seamless operations that drive customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. You will be responsible for coaching and leading your team, optimising workflows, and maintaining high standards in accuracy, productivity, and safety. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Previous experience in a distribution centre, e-commerce, or retail customer service role. Retail Industry Knowledge: Understanding of retail distribution, order fulfillment, and supply chain operations. Ability to drive efficiency, accuracy, and productivity in returns processing Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle escalations and resolve customer complaints efficiently. Knowledge of resource planning, scheduling, and KPI management Communication & People Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for managing both the team and customer interactions. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Compliance & Reporting: Awareness of UK consumer protection laws and regulations related to retail and distribution. 

AVAILABILITY

We require full-time availability which may include weekends, as well as the flexibility to work outside standard operating hours when necessary.
