Trane Technologies is hiring a Distribution Center Manager in our Residential HVAC and Supply Distribution organization for our St. Peters, Missouri Regional Distribution Center! This position will be based in St Peters, MO. The DC Manager is the leader of our local distribution operations, creating a One Team culture through their direct team, the Distribution Leadership Team, and functional peers to help us achieve success. Servant Leadership and Collaboration are key traits of a successful candidate.
The DC Manager is responsible for shipping and receiving operations, including planning, organizing, and controlling work to maximize productivity on assigned shifts. Prepares schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control flow of goods and regulate warehouse space. Also included in the responsibility is the oversight of the shipping department to ensure they follow the guidelines established by the logistics organization. The position requires onsite presence.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain/logistics, or other related fieldStrong leadership skills, with excellent supervisory skillsMinimum of 5 years’ experience in an operations leader role Distribution/Warehouse Manager or large distribution/warehouse operations experience preferredExcellent communication skills, (written, oral, and presentation skills), with the ability to communicate effectively to senior leadership, peers, and operations staffLeadership through influence, coaching, mentoring, and teaching; ability to foster a culture of teamwork and collaborationOracle WMS Experience preferredAPICS certification preferredCompensation:
Base Pay Range: $120,00- $159,000 Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan.
Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
Other Requirements:
Must be able to travel (approximately 25%) to other locations and customers
