As the DC Supervisor, you will lead and oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Under the guidance of the Regional Distribution Center Manager, you will supervise a team of 20+ employees, providing guidance, training, and performance management.

You Will:

Advise employees on the care and preservation of items received, stored, and shipped.

Oversee daily cycle count programs and ensure inventory accuracy.

Determine methods and equipment usage for handling, storing, and shipping stock efficiently.

Standardize work procedures and create SOPs to improve warehouse operations.

Review records for accuracy and compliance, maintaining adequate stock levels.

Resolve inventory discrepancies, recommend corrective actions, and trace item history to prevent future issues.

Analyze workflow, prepare work schedules, and expedite processes to meet deadlines.

Address errors, complaints, and work problems, assisting employees as needed.

Prepare reports on daily key metrics and maintain productivity and time records.

Enforce safety regulations, conduct routine housekeeping, and ensure compliance with environmental standards.

You Have:

Associate degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, or 3–5+ years of experience in a managerial role within a warehouse, manufacturing, or inventory control setting.

Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in warehousing and logistics.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Familiarity with LEAN business practices (preferred).

Knowledge of distribution, transportation, and supply chain concepts.

Experience working with major home store logistics requirements, including palletizing, load balancing, and shipping specifications.

Proven ability to supervise and lead teams, including interviewing, hiring, training, and performance management.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve employee and operational issues effectively.

The expected salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 yearly. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

Work in both office and manufacturing environment. May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting.
