Job Summary 

The Distribution Center Trainer is responsible for providing training to team members to safely and efficiently unload, sort, and load cartons and pallets in a fast-paced environment

Key Roles & Responsibilities: 

Conduct on-the-job training for new hires and current team membersWorks cartons and pallets throughout the Distribution CenterReceiving (unloading pallets and/or cartons)Sorting cartons onto palletsLoading (loading pallets onto outbound trailers)Follow directions provided by Leads or Managers   

Qualifications & Competencies:

1+ years warehousing or training experienceAbility to learn and train on various tasks required in a DC environmentAbility to work with others in a positive environmentEffective communication and interpersonal skillsLearns quickly and adapts to changing needs easilyAbility to operate material handling equipmentAbility to lift 50 pounds required
