The Manager - Collection is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the debt collection process for Dubai Holding Community Management. This role will play a critical part in ensuring timely revenue collection, minimizing bad debt, and maintaining healthy cash flow for the company. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. **Key Responsibilities:** + Develop and implement effective debt collection strategies and procedures. + Lead and manage a team of collection officers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. + Monitor and analyze collection performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions. + Conduct regular reviews of outstanding debts and prioritize collection efforts accordingly. + Negotiate payment plans with delinquent customers and resolve disputes amicably. + Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and prepare regular reports on collection performance. + Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service, legal, and property management, to ensure seamless collection processes. + Stay abreast of relevant legislation and regulations related to debt collection in the UAE. + Implement and maintain a robust system for tracking and reporting on collection activities. + Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and minimize disputes. + Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. + 5+ years of experience in debt collection, preferably in the real estate or property management industry. + Proven experience in managing and leading a team. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel. + Experience with CRM and ERP systems is a plus. + Strong understanding of UAE laws and regulations related to debt collection.
