Job Descriptions:
Data Analysis and Insights:
Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret data from various digital commerce platforms (both current and new platforms), and customer databases to track performance metrics and KPIs.
Generate regular reports and dashboards to present insights on digital sales, customer engagement, conversion rates, and user behavior.
Provide actionable recommendations to optimize digital commerce strategies, improve user experiences, and increase online sales.
E-commerce Performance Optimization:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, D&A, and IT, to identify areas for improvement in the digital sales funnel.
Analyze traffic, shopper journeys, and conversion rates to identify opportunities for increasing customer acquisition and retention.
Monitor and analyze all campaigns performance across platforms including BAU performance to give recommendations and suggestions to optimize campaign performance.
Provide ad-hoc & immediate support to the business when needed.
Digital Commerce Technology & Process Optimization:
Identify, analyze, and implement solutions to streamline processes, improve productivity, and minimize manual effort, ultimately reducingmanhour and increasing operational efficiency
Collaborate with the Data & Analytic team to implement and maintain necessary digital commerce systems and integrations.
Work closely with regional and global team to deploy new tools and dashboards
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital commerce technologies, tools, and platforms.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst with a focus on digital commerce, preferably within the FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of digital consumer behavior, e-commerce trends, and the digital marketing landscape.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.
Familiarity with digital commerce platforms and e-commerce technologies.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques such as Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), Microsoft Excel, Python, Dax and SQL
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Exceptional communication skills to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly both Thai and English.
