HUD Accessibility First Hotline Call Center Support - Part Time (4596)

OLH Technical Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a government industry leader, is looking for DCRC Support Staff to join our Team in Norfolk, VA.

This is an excellent part time position for a college student not attending classes on Fridays.  Additional hours will be provided during absence (vacation) of DCRC lead.  100% telework.

Position Responsibilities: 

Part time support required for Fridays (and when the primary is off) to support the HUD Accessibility First 1-888 Hotline.  

This individual works under the supervision and guidance of the DCRC Lead in supporting the following requirements:

Primarily answer the hotline calls, record the information in the DCRC log, and ensure the actions/requests are provided to the DCRC Lead for response coordination. The design and construction resource center (DCRC) - Receive and respond to routine technical guidance inquiries and coordinate with instructors and/or legal and technical guidance experts one day per week (Fridays) and in the absence of the primary DCRC Lead from 0800-1730 (Work hours considered from 0745 - 1745. Provide technical guidance by using a combination of technologies such as the Internet, telephone, facsimile, and/or alternative approaches acceptable to the Government. The contractor shall ensure that technical guidance provided via electronic and information technology is accessible to persons with disabilities and complies with HUD's Section 508 EIT accessibility standards.  

Position Requirements:

US Citizenship.  Ability to obtain & maintain an Active Public Trust Designation. High School Diploma or equivalent. 1 year of experience.

 

This is a part-time position.

Position located in Norfolk, VA.
