DCS Field Service Engineer

Job Summary:

An experienced and dedicated team member with comprehensive knowledge of DeltaV products and systems, seeking to transition into the Service Engineer position. The role focuses on delivering effective technical support, troubleshooting, and ensuring optimal maintenance of equipment. 

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Provide technical assistance for DeltaV DCS maintenance and programming. Troubleshoot issues and resolve technical problems on-site or remotely. Conduct routine maintenance and ensure systems are performing efficiently. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and enhance service quality.   Who You Are:   A detail-oriented professional with a strong technical background, having hands-on experience with DeltaV systems and a proven track record in resolving technical issues. Known for your reliability, problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service.    For This Role, You Will Need: In-depth knowledge of DeltaV product line and DCS systems. Strong technical troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Relationships:

Internal service/engineering team. Customers and clients requiring technical support. Cross-functional teams such as sales, product development, and customer service.    Our Offer To You:
