You will be a key contributor in our DE&I team, connecting on relevant topics with team members. From our thriving ERGs to our inclusive product design approach that ensures water solutions work for all communities, DE&I is already transforming how we work and the impact we make globally. **What is the role about?** You will be responsible for the strategic deployment of our ambition and roadmap across the organization, to cultivate a global culture where everyone unique perspective inspire our relentless pursuit of sustainable water solutions. You will partner with business divisions, functions, Employees Resource Groups and other stakeholders to enable them to own and deploy meaningful DEI and culture initiatives throughout Grundfos, helping to collectively shape the global Grundfos culture. Your efforts will inspire and enable positive impact, through effective operations, tailored solutions, and cross-functional collaboration , ensuring a robust DE&I impact, resilience, compliance, and reporting on mandatory and voluntary frameworks. **Your Responsibilities:** **Strategy Implementation & DEI Expertise** + Drive DEI initiatives aligned to strategic objectives from concept to execution + Design and implement programs aligned with organizational needs + Provide expert guidance on DEI best practices to key stakeholders (ERGs, divisions, functions, value chain partners ) + Monitor progress and ensure delivery of outcomes **Change & Stakeholder Management** + Build relationships across all organizational levels + Partner with internal stakehoders (ERGs, DEI Council, DEI Focal Points, HR, and business leaders) & external ones (industry players, associations, customers and suppliers) + Lead change management for DEI initiatives + Develop and execute communication strategies related to the initiatives **Impact Measurement & Reporting** + Contribute to track and analyze DEI metrics and KPIs + Monitor initiative effectiveness **Coaching and team development** + While the role does not have direct people responsibilities there is an expectation for the incumbent to contribute to team development by sharing experiences and best practices to enable team success and supporting junior resources. **How might a week look like in this role?** A week in this role might include facilitating ERG leaders collaboration sessions, contribute to DEI council activities, analyzing inclusion metrics with HR partners or stakeholders, collaborating with regional teams on localized DE&I approaches or provide guidance on DEI projects, align with reporting teams, and working with Grundfos teams to ensure inclusive principles are incorporated into their daily work. **About you** The ideal candidate brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for driving DE&I impact within a corporate environment. Your ability to navigate and foster progress in a complex global environment, managing a broad range of priorities will be essential to succeed, along with your change management skills. We're looking for someone who thinks beyond compliance-focused DE&I work to create truly transformational initiatives that connect to business strategy and global impact. Moreover, we are looking for: • Extensive experience in DEI in multinational environments, especially with direct ERG management experience. • High level knowledge of main DEI global regulations and eagerness to learn more as specific needs arises. • Active network and ability to capture insights and deal with emerging DEI trends & evolving global landscape. • Proven ability to think strategically, ‘connect the dots’ and drive strategy roll out and programs deployment in a global environment with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix organization. • Outstanding partnership skills, with a confirmed ability to identify, initiate, and coordinate efforts both internal and external. • A proactive approach that sees opportunities, identifies solutions, engages partners, and drives action plans to achieve results. • Fluency in written and spoken English.
