Southern Veterinary Partners (SVP) is a veterinarian owned and operated network of animal hospitals throughout the country. Our mission is to be a community of veterinary teams providing personalized care with exceptional hospitality. SVP currently owns over 400 locations, and is sponsored by a leading private equity team. SVP is developing a standalone, premium branded company of hospitals named ‘Livewell’, which provide care ranging from general practice to urgent care and specialty veterinary medicine. We have 15 Livewell locations in the portfolio, with another 20 being scoped out for 2025 and 30+ for 2026. Our objective is to have 100+ Livewells over the next 50 months. SVP is seeking a highly qualified Growth Analyst to join our rapidly growing team. The role will report to the De Novo Finance Director. This role will be an integral part of SVP’s De Novo team, and will be essential in scaling the brand across the US footprint. The primary responsibilities will include site research, data analytics, market analysis and ad hoc research analyses for the De Novo leadership team. The role would be based in our Home Office in Birmingham, AL. Responsibilities: Perform site research on potential de novo locations, including demographics, key competitors, growth rates and other key metrics Gather/summarize large amounts of data, identify trends and apply findings Support research and selection of priority markets for the de novo platform Work closely with the real estate development team to source potential sites Perform ad hoc research analyses Present key findings and conclusions to de novo leadership team and SVP senior leadership Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate or related field 1-3 years of similar work experience, preferably in multi-site retail or healthcare Self-starter with strong analytical skills including the ability to interpret data, question the results, generate insights and construct solutions Excellent Excel skills and familiar with working with large amounts of data Strong presentation, reporting and communication skills Ability to work and think independently as well as collaboratively within a cross functional team environment Aptitude to adapt to a fast-paced environment similar to fast growth startups Benefits Work with an organization recognized as #1 in Healthcare by Newsweek’s Most Loved Workplaces in 2024.
