And that's where you come in: We are looking for an entry level Deal Desk Clerk who will be responsible for managing the accuracy of sales and pricing for our deals. This position will partner closely with our Sales, Business Development, and Services departments to ensure each deal complies with our internal policies.What you will be doing: Working with Sales to ensure that all necessary documentation is completed for deal processingEnsuring data integrity standards are maintained for opportunities in stages from ‘quote to close’Collaborate with Renewals team to ensure proper product and pricing information for renewal dealsWork with Finance and Accounting departments to ensure that data is consistent between Salesforce and necessary documentsWhat you will need to know/have: B.S. degree preferredStrong Microsoft Excel skillsExcellent organizational skills and ability to multi-taskStrong personal and interactive skillsHigh degree of attention to detail$18 - $20 an hourWe’ve always believed in hiring the most awesome people and treating them right.
