About The Role:

As a Deal Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing customer deals from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with the internal policies of CrowdStrike Financial Services. This role demands a proactive approach to handling customer and partner relationships to ensure an exemplary customer experience throughout their journey with us.

What You'll Do:

Educate customers on the company’s financing solutions and guide them throughout the end-to-end process.

Develop and maintain an opportunity pipeline.

Review, negotiate, and manage all company contracts, including financing and lease financing agreements.

Maintain and update the contract management system to ensure accuracy and completeness of contract data.

Actively communicate with partners and customer to manage relationships and ensure consistent satisfaction with our offerings.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, credit, finance, and technical departments, to optimize customer outcomes and streamline processes.

Provide leadership, guidance, and support to other team members, fostering a collaborative and customer-centric work environment.

Handle sensitive information with high levels of integrity and confidentiality.

Assist in developing internal guidelines and policies for contract management and participate in risk management evaluations.

Provide periodic reports to management on contract status and compliance.

What You'll Need:

Typically requires 4-7 years’ experience in a deal manager or a related field, with a strong preference for backgrounds in financial services or lease financing.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive documentation with discretion and precision.

Strong organizational, time management, prioritization, and follow-through skills.

Capable of quickly adapting to new technologies and systems.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of legal and financial principles related to contract management.

University degree or equivalent practical experience, with a commitment to ongoing learning and customer service excellence.

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $100,000 - $170,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
