Deal Margin Analyst - IND

SUMMARY 

The Pricing Analyst II supports the Margin Analysis process for the Deal Desk process and approval routing process in support of the Sales organization. The ideal candidate will be process oriented and have an attention for detail with the ability to converse across many media platforms with both Commercial Order to Cash Operations and Business leadership. This candidate should be analytical, detail oriented, and proficient with Excel in mathematical and data analysis.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform analysis of Deal financials and structure to determine margins of submitted deals. Daily creation of Deal Calculator Packages for review and approval routing Track all required related deal metrics Update Deal Calculators for Deal Analysis and Summary Maintain Archives of Deal Calculators to support internal audit requirements Prepare ad-hoc analytical reports as needed

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

Four-year college degree in business related field required Strong skills with Microsoft Excel (Intermediate to Advanced), Excel Macros, Word, Acrobat (or equivalent), and PowerPoint Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM system required Ability to provide innovation and improve business processes Strong verbal and written communications skills Must be self-motivating, hard-working, analytical, and proactive Must be able to work well with individuals at all levels, inside and outside the organization Flexibility to work overtime when needed Ability to manage, analyze, and track data for a sophisticated and often complex sales process Ability to work independently, multi-task, achieve tight deadlines, and take initiative on multiple projects
