What are we looking for?

SentinelOne is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deal Registration & Support Specialist to join our Embedded Business team. This role is pivotal in supporting our strategic partnership with Lenovo on a worldwide scale. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing deal registrations, providing support to channel partners, and ensuring the smooth operationalization of Lenovo services.

What will you do?

Deal Registration Management: Oversee the deal registration process, ensuring that all partner-submitted opportunities meet SentinelOne's criteria. Validate and approve deal registrations, and manage the lifecycle of registered deals and support Lenovo and their partners through the Deal Registration process. Training and Enablement: Provide training and support to Lenovo's Level 1 support team to ensure they are well-equipped to handle SentinelOne's solutions. Assist in the development of training materials and resources. Operationalization: Support the SentinelOne to Lenovo quote and order process on a day-to-day basis.  Validate and refine the provisioning flow. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and engineering, to ensure alignment and effective execution of support initiatives between Lenovo and SentinelOne

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in deal registration, partner operations, channel support, or a related field, with a proven track record of supporting large-scale partnerships and managing deal processes.

Technical Experience: Knowledge of Salesforce and other deal registration systems.

Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget. Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional internal teams and external partners, including product management, sales, and engineering teams. Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to engage with large customer bases, understand their needs, and provide tailored responses that drive customer adoption and business growth.
