Summary:

Responsible for dealing assigned games according to established policies and procedures. Maintains a thorough knowledge of the games dealt.

 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Greet players and maintain a friendly, courteous, pleasant attitude Deal respective live table games with efficiency, proficiency, and professionalism, while providing great guest service Offer to explain the games to inquiring customers and novices Provide accurate game protection and security to the game and all players Ensure that all fill and credit slips and other documents presented are accurate and complete Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations Maintain confidentiality regarding customers, team members, promotional ideas and business plans Notifiey supervisor of any irregularities in the game, including play, possible gaming violations, personnel or operational problems Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members Perform other duties as assigned
