OBJECTIVE:
Provides excellent customer service and deals assigned table games. Protect Tribal Assets through effective use of game protection skills and adherence to all Departmental and Casino policies and procedures. TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS:  Work in a smoking environment. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to work Holidays and Special Events as scheduled. Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate business volume and seasonal business needs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Always be NICE to fellow staff and players; find every opportunity to offer a friendly smile, wave and greeting.
2. Implements Barona’s Standards for Magical Service; Smile, Make eye contact, Greet guest verbally when they arrive at your table, Wish Good Luck upon buy-in, wish farewell upon departure.
3. Must demonstrate the ability to be a team player by working well with co-workers and employees from other departments.
4. Protect Tribal Assets through effective use of game protection skills and adherence to all Departmental and Casino policies and procedures.
5. Reports to work on time and returns from break on time.
6. Maintains current knowledge of Casino promotions and services, to provide guests with any needed information.
7. Deal assigned table games and comply with all reasonable requests made by his/her superiors.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
9. As an On-Call employee, you are not eligible to receive benefits.
10. As an On-Call employee this position is not guaranteed a minimum amount of hours.
11. As an On-Call employee, you must be available when called in to work on the shift you are assigned.
12. There is no time limit as to how long you will be employed as an On-Call employee.

Working knowledge of Table Games
Excellent customer service and teamwork, cash handling, basic math, basic accounting, oral and written communication. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work a flexible work schedule REQUIRED EDUCATION:
High School diploma or GED REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
No experience necessary. Customer service experience preferred. Training will be provided. ALTERNATIVE TO MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
