Dealer Enablement Specialist

We are hiring a Dealer Enablement Specialist to join our Customer Experience team!

Are you someone that enjoys working with sales teams and building strong relationships? As a Dealer Enablement Specialist, you will be working closely with the sales team, as well as internal and external customers, to support new business and dealer development initiatives related to Watkins sales priorities. You will be a core part of our Dealer Support team, which provides world‐class service to dealers of our industry‐leading Endless Pools®, Hot Spring® Spas, Caldera® Spas, Freeflow Spas®, and Fantasy Spas®.

YOUR RIPPLE EFFECT

Do you enjoy a fast‐paced environment? You will support our global dealer enablement operations by processing dealer signings and terminations, maintaining and updating dealer contact information, preparing prospecting materials, maintaining various databases, supporting pipeline management in Salesforce, maintaining monthly department metrics, and chart creation and maintenance.Are you customer‐centric? You will provide general support to internal and external sales staff with duties such as assisting with Compliance Audits, general communication, travel support, and special ad hoc projects. You will also support office supply ordering, mailings, and more.Do you have excellent organizational skills? You will assist in internal and external events creating supporting materials (agendas, communications, PowerPoint presentations, etc.), onsite set-up and execution, and post-event follow-up.Are you a skilled communicator? We are looking for someone who has excellent phone and email etiquette and who can articulate information in a professional and thoughtful manner. In this position, you will interact with our dealer (retail) customers and individuals across multiple departments regularly.Do you look for process improvement? You will recommend improvements to all processes and lead the creation and any updates to new or existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
 

WHAT YOU BRING

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or two or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.1‐2 years of related experience in account management, customer service, sales support or dealer support; the equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.Demonstrated ability to multi‐task and prioritize competing tasks successfully.Must be a highly skilled user in MS Office suite, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Salesforce experience required and ERP Navision System preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization as well as strong ability to work in a team environment, are required to be successful in this position.

Hiring Range: $21.50-34.00
