The Dealer Marketing Specialist works with the Division’s worldwide dealer network to improve sales through the dealership channel. They provide marketing plans, support and resources to strengthen dealer marketing performance and abilities.

Work Location:This role is 5 days on-site in Perry, Oklahoma.This opportunity is not eligible for remote or hybrid work options at this time.
What Will You Do?In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company - Ditch Witch Division, you will be responsible for:
Proactively contact and work individually with dealers to create and execute marketing plans and tactics specific to their needs.
Develop a marketing plan encompassing integrated marketing campaigns, promotions, and activations which are grounded in key business initiatives and effectively drive revenue growth and brand awareness.
Develop social media content and manage SEO/SEM efforts to increase impressions and actions across all platforms.
Manage and further develop all dealer-facing marketing platforms and partnerships.
Develop and oversee dealer website partnership, design and maintenance.
Oversee market development funds program including scope and budget.
Support Marketing Manager with brand standards and product positioning projects.
Works well with cross-functional groups such as customer engagement, sales and dealer development to harmonize and integrate dealer touchpoints across the enterprise.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the dealer network through responsive and reliable communication.
Support dealers with factory and local activities and events, including tradeshows, conferences and customer events.
Understand all marketing and sales resources and keep dealers informed of current offerings through the dealer marketing platform.
What Do You Need?To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, advertising or related field required.
2-4 years in marketing or a marketing communications role preferred.
Experience working with a dealer or franchisee network preferred.
Must be extremely detail-oriented, resourceful and able to manage multiple, simultaneous tasks and deadlines as needed.
Be proactive in identifying opportunities and developing new ideas to help dealers drive sales.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to persuade and influence others.
Knowledge of marketing, advertising, social media and sales promotion techniques.
Knowledge of CRM/DMS practices and database marketing to support local dealer activity. Prior experience with C4C and Zift platforms preferred.

Some air and highway travel within the domestic USA expected - trade shows and other relationship building with dealerships.

Competitive Salary – A reasonable pay range is $62,000 - $75,000. The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location.
