The position requires dealership experience in the tire industry. With a focus on building relationships with dealerships, managing tire orders, and overseeing program incentives to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: + Collaborate with dealerships to understand tire needs and efficiently place orders. + Input and manage orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. + Guide dealerships on returns, warranties, and product specifications. + Develop strong relationships with dealership personnel to drive sales and promote program incentives. + Assist in training dealership staff on tire products and ordering processes. + Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings. Requirements: + Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dealership environment, preferably in tire sales or operations. + Strong understanding of tire products, program incentives, and warranty management. + Proficiency in using order management systems + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement. + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
